You really don't remember something as well if it isn't eventful, right? This past weekend Jason had to work Saturday morning and had to be to work at 6:00 am on Sunday morning. That gave us about 18 hours or so for a little adventure. Jason's brother, Jon, and his family were camping in Palmyra and planned to see the pageant Saturday evening. So we loaded up the car for an up and back trip to the Hill Cumorah pageant.
It was great to see Jon and Michelle and all their cute kids. We hung out with them all afternoon at their campground.
We went to the pageant. Samuel the Lamanite preached up quite a storm. Wow. We thought those were some pretty awesome special effects! The lightning was so bad the show got canceled for the night. So it was back to the van and back home! The kids thought it was all pretty cool. We'll remember our short little vacation and I'm sure they will, too!

THAT'S AWESOME! I love the last pic of Sarah, your kids are all so cute! I'm glad you had fun inspite of the rain.
